Through a dynamic blend of Pilates, somatic movement, and dance, I help individuals cultivate strength, flexibility, and ease in their bodies while reducing stress and enhancing overall well-being.

Movement is a powerful tool for building confidence and deepening the mind-body connection.

 

In addition to personalized coaching, I curate immersive wellness retreats that combine movement and travel, offering a rejuvenating escape where participants can reset, recharge, and rediscover their vitality through exploration, mindfulness, and embodied practices.

Meet Angela

In the ‘90s, my time living in Los Angeles opened my eyes to the power of solo travel and the freedom that came with being somewhere entirely new. Later, leading study abroad trips and with my own dance performances in Europe, I witnessed firsthand the transformative impact of travel on myself and for my students. During my travels, I was able to heal from physical injury and work through grief. In my students, I saw growth in their confidence, breaking through personal limitations, and returning home changed. It was then that I truly understood travel as more than just an escape—it was a catalyst for deep personal growth and healing.

Despite my love for movement and exploration, I found myself in a career that left me feeling stagnant. My body ached from too many hours at a desk, my spirit craved the joy of movement, and I was no longer traveling in a way that fulfilled me. I even took a sabbatical without my husband and son for a month to immerse myself in the healing power of dance, reaffirming what I already knew: wellness, travel, and movement were not just hobbies; they were essential to my identity. I wasn’t alone in this realization. So many women I knew were caught in the same cycle—overworked, stressed, disconnected from their bodies, and longing for something more.

That’s why I created my wellness and travel business—to help women break free from stress, rediscover their strength, and reconnect with themselves through movement and travel. I understand the overwhelming demands of life, the feeling of being stuck, and the desire to break free and feel alive again. Wellness and travel  are not trends to me—they are lifelong tools for transformation. Through my training, coaching and experiences, I guide women in using movement and travel as a pathway to healing, self-discovery, and empowerment. Because when we step out of our daily routines, move our bodies, and experience the world, we don’t just see new places—we rediscover ourselves.

Study Abroad was something that to me was extremely life changing, as it was my first time traveling internationally. I felt extremely ready to go abroad thanks to Angela Gallo setting us up for success before and during the trip. Her leadership and planning of the itineraries gave us a trip that was packed with sight seeing, dance classes, and cultural experiences. I felt very safe traveling with Angela, as she navigated a different country with a group of college students. I would go all over again if I could!

As a college student majoring in dance, I had the incredible opportunity to participate in a study abroad program under the guidance of Angela Gallo. I embarked on a journey that allowed me to deepen my connection to dance in a profound way. Throughout this trip, I found that my mind, body, and spirit were all transformed through various dance techniques, rehabilitation methods for physical injuries, and overall wellness practices.

 

Before our departure, we received foundational teachings that prepared us for this adventure. However, once we immersed ourselves in the diverse environments of Switzerland, the Netherlands, Amsterdam, and other captivating locations, these practices evolved and took on new dimensions. The unique atmospheres and cultural influences of each destination not only inspired me but also contributed significantly to my growth as a dancer and an individual, allowing me to explore and expand my abilities in ways I had never imagined.
